Seconds Sale items are not eligible for any form of refund as they are already sold at a discounted rate due to a maker's fault that will be clearly marked in the description.
Any accidental damage by the owner or theft/loss will not be covered. These items are all handmade so please keep them safe and look after them.
If you decide to pay for an un-tracked service Lazy Dazy are not responsible for any undelivered/lost parcels. You are able to make a claim through Royal Mail 28 days after the item has been posted. Contact Lazy Dazy here for specific postage dates if necessary.
